It's not all that bad, is easily repairable and does not seem to affect the book otherwise.

A large collection of 'ghost stories' essentially. Part of the warning printed in the front of the book reads: "Please note... that the narratives printed in these pages had better not be read by any one of tender years, of morbid excitability, or of excessively nervous temperment." Is that good enough for ya?
